Do not put a single comma between a subject and its verb, a verb and its object, or a preposition and its object.
主語と動詞、動詞と目的語、前置詞と目的語の間にコンマを1つだけ置いてはいけない。
✔ 正しい文： The scientists who led the project published their results.
✘ 誤った文： The scientists who led the project, published their results.
→ 直し方： Remove the comma between the subject and "published".
コツ: Find the main subject and verb. A single comma between them is always wrong.
