Use the correct past participle after "have/has/had" (e.g. "has written", not "has wrote"). Use the present perfect for actions continuing to now and the past perfect for an earlier past action.
Sau have/has/had dùng đúng quá khứ phân từ (has written, không phải has wrote). Hiện tại hoàn thành cho hành động kéo dài đến nay, quá khứ hoàn thành cho hành động xảy ra trước một mốc quá khứ.
✔ Đúng: By 2010, the species had disappeared from the island.
✘ Sai: By 2010, the species had disappear from the island.
→ Cách sửa: Use the past participle "disappeared" after "had".
