"It’s" means "it is"; "its" shows possession. "They’re" means "they are"; "their" shows possession; "there" shows place.
it’s表示it is，its表示所属；they’re表示they are，their表示所属，there表示地点。
✔ 正确： The tree lost its leaves early.
✘ 错误： The tree lost it’s leaves early.
→ 改正： Use "its" for possession.
技巧: Try replacing with "it is". If it does not make sense, use "its".
