Use the correct past participle after "have/has/had" (e.g. "has written", not "has wrote"). Use the present perfect for actions continuing to now and the past perfect for an earlier past action.
have/has/had后用正确的过去分词（has written，而不是has wrote）。持续到现在的动作用现在完成时，更早的过去用过去完成时。
✔ 正确： By 2010, the species had disappeared from the island.
✘ 错误： By 2010, the species had disappear from the island.
→ 改正： Use the past participle "disappeared" after "had".
