Правило
A pronoun must agree in number with the noun it refers to.

✔ Верно: The company released its annual report.
✘ Неверно: The company released their annual report.
→ Исправление: "Company" is singular, so use "its".
Совет: Find the noun the pronoun replaces. Singular organisations take "it/its".
